like a dream

I miss this place so much! I`m still amazed when I look back at these pictures. Can`t believe I was actually there a few months ago. These are shots from the Sky Park with the pool on the 57th floor (amazing, huh). Oh and no, it wasn`t scary at all :) I`m wearing a bikini on bikini, again a neon yellow color! It`s a very old one though, from River Island.

singapore diary 2012

Looking through the pictures I took in Singapore made me realize that there are too many I want to upload, it makes me greedy in some way. During the trip I stayed at the Marina Bay Sands and the Mandarin Oriental hotel, both great hotels. I still believe that hotels in Asia are the best in the world!

To summarize the trip,

chilling at the hotel room, chilicrabs at Sentosa Island, my favorite watermelon juice, my favorite shoes (from left to right, Sam Edelman booties/Steve Madden heels/Steve Madden wedges/Tory burch flats), delicious prawn noodles with a local tiger beer to make it even better, my new white Zara blazer, prawn noodles again at china town, brand shops, new Steve Madden heels (couldn`t leave it) `cause they reminded me of Prada heels! Sweet.

singapore day 4

Blouse h&m/Pants h&m/Shoes Jeffrey Campbell/Gucci Bag/Ray-ban Sunglasses

After having fluffy waffles for breakfast at the Mandarin Oriental and walking from mall to mall to mall at Orchard Road I suddenly realized that I wanted to see the Raffles Hotel too. The hotel where the cocktail `Singapore Sling` originally comes from and the hotel where Charlie Chaplin stayed! The hotel was beautiful white and we immediately grabbed the camera to shoot some pictures. Bought some original kaya jam from the Raffles and had some caramel iced coffee on this super hot day.

Dress Ladymade/Shoes Tory Burch/Bag Gucci

This dress fits perfectly to the body. I love how it is tight until the middle and how it falls down in an A-line, I guess it`s the silk inner. The black part is see through and has a leopard print. All the small details are perfect. I wore it on the day we shopped at the shop centre of Marina Bay Sands and had afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

seducing macarons & chanel

Dress Rienda/Shoes Tory Burch/Bag Gucci/Ring Marc Jacobs/Rosary necklace from Rome

This dress is from the Japanese brand Rienda, I love how it looks like a table cloth minidress from the 60`s. It would look great with straight hair, a headband and heels, but with my messy hair and swollen feet from the flight it was impossible..so I chose for the comfy style and wore it with flats. Staring at the colorful macarons, very hard to stay away from all the temptations there..
